Glitzern is now stocking nOir NY ... sure celebrities love it, but more importantly WE love it and hopefully you will too! So many good pieces, my favourites are The disco ball earrings, I had a similar pair in the 90s made out of foam balls,pins,beads and sequins. They got squashed on a dance floor, nOir has made them to last and with far more finesse, and so SHINY and SPARKELY.
